Colette earned her Master's degree in Public Policy, where she developed a strong interest in organizational effectiveness, administration, policy, and collaborative problem-solving. She enjoys bringing that perspective to her work, balancing attention to detail with a people-first approach that helps support the firm's day-to-day operations.

Outside the office, Colette enjoys exploring new places, spending time in nature, trying new restaurants, and volunteering in her community.
