marketing & graphics coordinator
Saam is seeking a Marketing & Graphics Coordinator to join our team. This individual will coordinate with Saam’s Marketing Specialist and Creative Director, and support all activities of the marketing department, such as public and private RFQ and RFP responses, management of marketing content, and graphic design. Candidate must be New England-based.
Full time position; starts ASAP

- Proposal support and development
- Updating content library
- Coordination of photo shoots
- Template maintenance
- Implementation of brand standards
- Website maintenance support
- Social media coordination
- Presentation slide support
- Brand consistency and template maintenance
- Narrative development
- Marketing data management / CRM integration
- Manage marketing calendar
qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to deliver high quality work in a remote-first environment
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and graphic
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite — InDesign expertise is a must
- Excellent writing skills
- Well-developed graphic design abilities
- Experience using Deltek Vantagepoint CRM a plus
- Experience in the AEC industry preferred: 2–5 years
- Must be New England-based
