My experiences at Saam Architecture have benefited and inspired me as I continue on with my path to becoming an architect. The emphasis on communication encouraged me to learn more than I ever could on my own. It was this collaborative environment that taught me to be an active participant in everything I do. During my time at saam, I was able to have an open dialogue with other members of the firm, asking questions and expressing ideas. I was given a full perspective of how a true architecture firm works because of the wide range of tasks I worked on. I was able to produce multiple marketing documents, as well as use BIM technology to edit design documents. I also sat in on design meetings with clients and consultants that would discuss significant developments on a project I was assigned to.

Working in this type of collaborative environment taught me how to be a better problem solver and critical thinker. I now have a better understanding of what it really means to work as an architect and I am now more driven than I ever was before. I am so grateful to the people as Saam Architecture for providing me with such an impactful opportunity.
