Community Health Center of Cape Cod

The Community Health Center of Cape Cod has experienced rapid growth in the last decade. Through a federal grant, they were able to add 22,000 square feet onto their existing Mashpee facility to provide better quality medical care and services to a local community. Saam team members worked on this project while at Burt Hill.

This project provides family medicine, women’s health, vision, dental, pharmacy, imaging, and behavioral health services. In addition, the existing building was modified to accommodate an urgent care facility. The project was delivered on time and on budget in a strong collaboration between the owner, architect, and CM.
