The 4- story Gainsborough Garage is a historic parking facility on the Northeastern
University campus. The lower level is currently partially occupied by offices and trade
work shops. The University is adding 2,000 sf of fitout space to house the Facilities
Work Order Customer Service Group offices and control desk. This open office layout
will accommodate students and contractors who frequent the space for assistance.
This communications center acts as the university community interface with the
Facilities Division for all requests for repairs, special services, and emergencies.

The scope of this 24/7 facility includes a new exterior entrance and ramp, a command
center desk, offices, conference space, a kitchen/break room, and other facilities
support space.
