645 Summer Street is the first building in the Reserved Channel Master Plan to be completed. Built in the 1960’s as a manufacturing facility, this building revitalization will energize this emerging neighborhood in South Boston.

Conceived as a large shipping container, the newly renovated building will offer class-A office space for competitive rates for offices and startups. The 150,000 sf of tenant space includes abundant daylight, 14’ ceilings, roof deck, full kitchen in the lobby, conference rooms, bike storage, a rock climbing wall, and many sustainable features. The industrial finishes nod to the manufacturing history of the building. A Hubway station and local artisinal eatery will attract local commerce while the roof deck and amenities package will situate this building as a sought-after destination.
