Kim has recently joined Saam as the Director of Business Development and Marketing. She brings with her many highly successful years of experience in the areas of business development, strategic planning, and all aspects of marketing, including lead generation and organization, communications, client relations, acquisitions, proposal-writing, CRM management, and coaching.
Kim’s tireless efforts have involved service as chapter president, board, or committee chair for numerous industry associations, among them the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS), Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). Kim also participated on the Transportation Committee for MassGAP, the Massachusetts Governors Appointment Project, which made recommendations to Governor Patrick’s Transition Team. Her industry understanding and leadership skills are an invaluable asset in her new capacity, where she will oversee all of the marketing and business development efforts.
She has completed the Massachusetts Hospital Association’s “Lean in Healthcare 8 week Certificate Program.” A proud mother of two girls, Kim enjoys family time, fitness, entertaining, and skiing.
