Jesica is a firm believer in the power of design to enhance our relationship with the environment, and to improve and inspire our everyday lives.
With a background in architecture and urban design, Jesica has collaborated on projects ranging from institutional to residential, mixed-use, and furniture design. She admires the role of design at various scales with a particular interest in materiality and craft. During graduate school she participated in a joint research fellowship aimed to highlight the challenges posed by rapid urbanization in Mexico City, with a focus on water infrastructure.
Born in Venezuela and raised in Miami, Jesica is a native Spanish speaker passionate about Latin American culture. Her interests vary from yoga to painting, to learning about production processes in the food and wine industry.
